Maphilindo Silat
Maphilindo Silat is a combination of Malaysian, Indonesian, and Filipino martial art systems. Silat is a highly respected art which includes a wide variety of striking and controlling techniques that can be applied standing, kneeling, or lying flat on the ground. Based on a series of “levers”, or specific angles of force, Silat is designed to off-balance and manipulate opponents with a minimum of force. Silat techniques are also highly adaptable and can be easily and effectively integrated into any martial art style.
Jun Fan Gung Fu
Simple, direct, innovative, and devastating. This is the art developed and taught by the immortal Bruce Lee until his untimely death. Since that time the art has been further refined by Dan Inosanto, the man personally groomed by Bruce to carry on the “Dragon’s” traditions. The forerunner of Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan Gung Fu is a no-nonsense fighting system that provides students with kicking, punching, trapping and grappling skills. Based primarily upon the Chinese art of Wing Chun, Jun Fan Gung Fu is one of the most sophisticated and effective martial arts ever developed.

Kenpo Karate offers a traditional system of self defense training that provides an integration of physical and mental attributes unique among fitness programs.
